We are very aware of the problems many home owners have with regard to obtaining information from their Community regarding payments due and the general running of their residencial area.

If you or your community are experiencing problems, we are able to work alongside many of the Administration offices to find a solution in particular relating to debt problems. Our aim is to assist with non-paying residents and to find an easy solution for all to ensure that payments are made. If you have run into difficulties, we can liaise on your behalf to find a solution and a plan that fits your budget. If you are not able to attend your community meetings we are happy to be there on your behalf and furthermore we will give you a full written transcript of the points raised and items discussed. We can also accompany you to your meetings if you need help with translation on the day.
