The house has lots of terrace space for outdoor entertaining, large lounge with dining area and doors leading to a terrace with views of the pool. There are two large double bedrooms with wardrobes and both have doors to terraces.  A further bedroom is a twin room and on the top floor you will find an additional lounge again with a terrace and amazing sea views.  The fitted kitchen has breakfast table and all appliances are included, there is also a separate utility room.  SKY TV is installed and WIFI in the lounge which is comfortably furnished with dining table seating 6 persons.  For winter, there is radiator heating for your comfort.Outside there is plenty of parking at any time of year.  The communal swimming pool and garden areas are accessed via the back door and here you can enjoy the grassed areas a few metres away from the house.

With your safety and security in mind, the house is fitted with a safe for your valuables and smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are installed.
