This beautiful bungalow, located close to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport is available for long term rental. Located just off the CV70, the main route from Benidorm to La Nucia, means that there is easy access to all towns, beaches, public transport, AP7 motorway and the N332 roads.
At the front of the house there is private parking for a vehicle. A gated access leads to the garden area which is very private and has sun all day. The garden has a kitchen area with sink, BBQ and seating area. From the garden leading into the house, you enter a "snug" lounge which is comfortably furnished and would make an ideal work room or hobby room as it is very light and sunny.
A few steps down from the hallway leads to the large lounge with dining area. This room is extremely comfortable, well furnished and cozy. There is a pellet burning fire which really does heat the whole property plus hot and cold air conditioning installed. Comfortable sofas, TV, dining table and very high ceilings plus the lounge has sliding patio doors leading to the rear terrace. This terrace is a real extension to the lounge during the summer, very private with a toldo to give shade, the views from this terrace are of the woodlands which surround the rear of the house. There is also a view from this terrace of the communal swimming pool.
The kitchen is a very good size and a great feature is the glass skylight in the roof making the room warm and bright. The kitchen has plenty of worktop space and storage cupboards, appliances including eye level oven and electric water heater. There is an opening which connects the kitchen to the lounge which is useful when entertaining.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom is at the rear of the house, a good size with a window overlooking the woodland. A comfortable room with electric radiator heating and wardrobes built in. Next to the bedroom is the modern shower room with vanity unit and large shower.
There is a second double room to the front of the house, a good size room with high level storage and its own en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a single room and could also make an ideal space for an office or anyone working from home.
The communal pool is just a short walk from the house and is used by only the 14 properties making up this urbanisation.
The house is spacious and very well presented and must be viewed to fully appreciate it. Water is included in the monthly rental price and an internet connection is also available if required.
