The views as you enter through the electric gates are stunning.  Sea view, town view, mountain view, countryside, the villa really does have it all.

This property is unusual, not only for its high specification but as well, the 6 bedrooms are split between two completely separate levels.  On the main level, the entrance door leads to a hallway and straight through to the lounge which is light and bright.  Furnished with leather sofas, flat screen TV and CCTV monitor, there is a large window overlooking the pool area.  The dining area has big picture windows so you can take in all of the view from both rooms and the dining table seats 6 people comfortably.  
A door from the dining area leads, to what I believe is the best part of this villa, a long cool and shaded terrace furnished with sofas, you can imagine sipping your cocktails, watching the sun go down or the world go by from this space.
There is an unusually large kitchen, well fitted with all appliances and double door fridge freezer.

The hallway leads to the bedrooms and the master suite, at the end of the hall, is large with well fitted quality wardrobes, wall mounted flat screen TV, picture windows and en-suite bathroom.  In the bathroom you will find a large corner jacuzzi bath with hydromassage shower above.

There are two further double bedrooms all with wardrobes and a separate family shower room.

All rooms have air conditioning, hot and cold and there is gas central heating to radiators throughout on this floor.

Outside, another shady nook furnished for relaxation while you can hear the gentle flow from the water fountain feature.

The second part to this villa is entered from a few steps leading down.  On entering you immediately feel the coolness from the building.  Very clever that every window is like a picture framing the views beyond.  A lovely, white, American style kitchen, again has plenty of storage space and appliances included.  A very good size lounge with 3 leather sofa's, flat screen TV and the room is very light and airy.

The hallway again leads to 3 bedrooms currently furnished as two twin rooms and a double and there is a family shower room and laundry room.  Hot and cold air conditioning throughout as you would expect although the rooms are naturally cool.

If you can take your eyes away from the view to explore the garden, you will find so many hidden gems.  The main terrace area which has a large swimming pool, 12 x 4m and a seating area with a shady gazebo.  There is pristine white balustrade all around and you can meander to a further terrace and yet another at the side of the house.  Steps lead back up towards the front of the villa which is planted and has the delightful water feature.  The garden is well lit through the night with the clever use of solar lighting placed all around.
