There is a separate utility room with washing machine.  On this floor there is also a useful shower room.Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom which has a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and doors opening to a lovely terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.  The second bedroom is a twin room and also has fitted wardrobes.  You will  also find a family bathroom.

Secure parking is included with the house as the complex is located within a gated community.
Visit the nearby theme park of Terra Mitica or the water park or zoo of Terra Natura and Aqua Natura or just walk to the Spa Centre and relax with a coffee in the bar or a lovely meal.  The tourist haven of Benidorm is just a short drive or bus ride away and has plenty to offer for any ages.  Great golden beaches and warm mediterranean waters, Benidorm is family friendly and offers great shopping and entertainment.
