Enter the villa and a few steps lead down to the spacious lounge with dining area.  You will find a comfy pair of sofa's, large flat screen SMART TV and dining table seating 6.  The kitchen is modern and well fitted with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and electric hob.  On this floor there is also a useful guests cloakroom.
A beautiful sun room has a further dining table and seating area with large picture windows overlooking the swimming pool and garden area and there is a door leading to a small raised shady terrace.
On the entrance floor you will find two twin bedrooms, both with ceiling fans, air conditioning and wardrobe space.  There is a "Jack and Jill" shower room, private to both bedrooms.
On the first floor of this stunning villa, is the master bedroom with double bed, ceiling fans and wardrobes.  Doors open to a lovely sunny terrace with open views towards the skyline of Benidorm and the terrace is furnished with table and chairs.  The fourth bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and wardrobes.  
Do you need to work from home?  There is an ideal workspace on a mezzanine level on the upper level and WIFI connection is available.

The outside space around this villa is amazing, enjoy the large 8 x 4 swimming pool which is south facing and sunny all day.  There is plenty of space around the pool to enjoy the sunshine and relax and sun loungers are provided.  There are 4 main seating areas outside, offering shade and sun throughout the day and you will find comfy sofas, relaxer chairs and tables.  The outside kitchen is a delight and has a gas and traditional BBQ available, cooking facilities and large dining table seating 8 people.  

Air conditioning is installed throughout the villa and there is a high speed WIFI access.

There are lovely views of open land around the villa and the skyline of Benidorm looks superb, especially at night time.  This is a villa that is really welcoming and we know you will have a fantastic stay.
