Beautifully presented Holiday Home

This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse is located in the popular resort of Sierra Cortina, just a short distance from the golden sandy beaches of Benidorm.  The house occupies a large corner plot which means you can soak up the sun all day long or relax by one of the two nearby communal swimming pools.

The house is attractive and well maintained throughout and has an entrance hall leading to a large lounge with fashionable and modern furniture, flat screen TV and dinging table seating 4 people.  There are large sliding doors opening to a very private terrace which is perfect for dining Al Fresco at any time of the year and at any time of the day.  The terrace leads straight into the garden which has fruit trees and bushes and is also very private.
The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and has dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and plenty of utensils should you decide to cook at home.  On the entrance floor you will also find a guest cloakroom.
Stairs lead up to the master bedroom which has sliding doors leading to its own private balcony which overlooks one of the two swimming pools and has lovely views to the sea and coastline of Benidorm.  You will find plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom which also has plenty of wardrobe space and to finish there is a family shower room.

Just a few steps away from the house you will find the spa centre with the wonderful Belaggio restaurant and bar which provides not only good food but a nice relaxing atmosphere at any time of the date.  The spa centre also has (payable locally)  indoor pool, spa treatments, gymnasium, tennis and paddle courts.

A local bus service just outside the resort will take you to the wonderful beaches of Benidorm which is also great for night life and entertainment.  You can also use the bus service for the theme parks and shopping at the La Marina centre where you will find boutiques, supermarkets and activities. 

This property is ideal for your summer holiday or for longer stays over the winter months.  
Hot and cold air conditioning is installed and WIFI is available should you require it.

With your safety and security in mind, the house is fitted with a safe for your valuables and smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are installed.

*Bed linen & towels are provided at this property.  You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.  For stays of 14 days or more, a mini mid stay clean and change of laundry is included.   
*A 350€ refundable damage deposit will be required.  Please note that if your party consists of same sex or under 30 age group, a larger deposit will be required.  Please ask for details.   


 *Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.  A supplement of 40€ per week will be charged for use of the sofa bed and this must be prebooked.

StewartMc1874 Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom Lovely Townhouse in the perfect location Left on Aug 22, 2016 for a stay in Jul 2016 Stayed for two weeks in July, didn't want to leave. Everything as described but better, pool is almost in the rear garden its that close, Wifi is good ,all rooms bigger than expected and kitchen fully equipped. Having stayed in Sierra Cortina a few times and this is the best so far. Won't be looking for anywhere else as this will be our 1st choice when returning to Benidorm. Location is really quiet and secure but only a 10 min drive too Benidorm and only 5 min to La Cala. Will be back next year definitely. A mention for the Staff at PMR who as usual were excellent.
