Apartment Alborada Golf
This superb apartment is located in
the popular tourist town of Albir. With almost all year round sunshine
from this mediterranean climate, the town is popular with many
nationalities all through the year.
The apartment can be found in a low rise apartment complex, on the first floor and with lift access, just a very short walk from the lovely beach of Albir and long promenade which is lined with restaurants and bars for you to enjoy.
A lovely home which has been styled with comfort in mind, you will find a large lounge with both a two and three seater sofa, SMART TV with built in digital box bringing you programs available in Spanish and original language films and programs. If you choose to have the internet connection for your stay you can also use this with the SMART facilities of the TV. The lounge area also has a large table with seating for 7 people and doors leading out to a lovely terrace which is also furnished.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave as well as a 4 ring electric hob and electric oven. You will find plenty in the way of plates, cutlery and equipment should you need them. A separate utility room gives space for the washing machine and clothes dryer/airer.
All bedrooms are well furnished and comfortable, all have fitted wardrobes. There is a twin room which has a ceiling fan for your comfort, a double room also with a ceiling fan and a second twin room which has en-suite bathroom facilities with a shower over the bath. There is a full family bathroom which also has a shower over the bath.
The terrace is very private with views to the pool and gardens area and open views over undeveloped land to the mountains and town centre. The terrace has a large table seating 6 people and there are also two comfy beach style chairs for soaking up the sun. A useful sun blind to one side provides shade on hot summer days.
The grounds are immaculate with beautiful mature gardens planted with palms and mediterranean shrubs. There is a childrens play area with swings and climbing frames and a full size tennis court so bring your rackets! The pool is delightful, set on two levels with a cascade water fall joining the two. There is a safe childrens pool area too.
Private parking can be provided in the underground car park with lift access to the apartment. There is also a safe which can be hired if required.
We can highly recommend this apartment which will provide you with spacious and comfortable accommodation for your holilday.

We welcome smokers but kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside and use the outside areas and terrace only.

*Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property. A supplement of 40€ per week will be charged for use of the sofa bed and this must be prebooked.
