This is a lovely property, well priced and with a great location. The views are stunning and everything is on your doorstep.

This delightful one bedroom apartment has amazing views from its rooms and private terrace which overlooks the blue mediterranean waters and the beach coves of Almadraba and Tio Ximo, you also have a lovely view of the Benidorm island known as "Peacock" Island.

The apartment has been nicely furnished and the lounge has a sofa bed for additional guests if required.  In the lounge area you will also find a dining table which extends to accommodate 4 people and a SMART TV which has Sky free view installed.  The lounge has sliding patio doors to the large terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for Al Fresco dining and you will also find two sun loungers for soaking up the sun.  A useful gazebo style canopy will also offer shade when needed during the long hot summer months.  Around the front of the terrace is additional seating by way of tiled seating which means you can watch the boats crossing to the island, jet skiing and pleasure craft all day long.

The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob and there is also additional space in the adjacent utility room.  The bedroom is a very good size and has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.  Slliding doors from the bedroom also lead directly to the terrace.  The bathroom is a good size and modern with shower over the bath and further storage for your cosmetics and sun creams.

Two floors above this great apartment is a wonderful swimming pool which just seems to flow into the sea below.  A lovely area with plenty of space for sunbathing as well as the swimming.

Private parking is offered with this apartment although a car is not necessary and you can take advantage of the regular bus service.

The apartment has air conditioning which is provieded by a meter giving 1.5 hours of heating or cooling for 1€.  With your safety and security in mind, the house is fitted with a safe for your valuables and smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are installed.

The area of Sierra Dorada is a beautiful and scenic location between the popular beach of Levante and the residential area of Rincon de Loix.  Don't worry about the hill, there is a regular circular bus service that runs right outside the apartment and takes you to the beaches, shops and entertainment areas that Benidorm is well known for.  The Sierra Dorada area is a natural park and has two beautiful beach coves as well as scenic walks and routes.

There is a lovely bar just around the corner from the entrance to the apartments, Meritas bar offers good food and cooling drinks and a friendly welcome to all.
The water parks and theme parks are just a short distance away and all the fun that Benidorm is known for is just on your doorstep.  A car is not necessary to stay here but if you do hire one then you can also take yourself to the great towns nearby
