This well furnished and really spacious holiday home is ideal for your summer holidays and winter sunshine stays, including long term over the winter months.
The two floor house has its own private garden and lovely sunny rear terrace garden, air conditioning for heating and cooling, private parking, two communal swimming pools to choose from and lovely views.
The entrance hall leads to a lovely spacious and very light lounge with a comfortable sofa. There is a TV with multi language channels via satellite and large sliding doors opening to the wonderful sunny terrace which is comfortably furnished. The lounge also has a dining table seating 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is really well equipped for your stay and has dishwasher, microwave, toaster, large fridge freezer and more. There is also a separate utility room where you will find the washing machine. On the entrance floor you will also find a useful guests cloakroom. WIFI is installed for you to keep online and keep up to date but please pre-book this with us.
Stairs lead you up to the first floor where there are 3 very good sized bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom which is a double room, has a dressing area and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower over the jacuzzi bath and his & hers" vanity sinks. The second bedroom is also a double room and third bedrooms is a twin room and there is also a family shower room.
Outside and to the front of the property is grass and the garden is fully enclosed and maintained. The rear of the property, leading from the lounge, has a very good sized and sunny terrace which is furnished with table and chairs for 6 plus sun chairs. There are wonderful views and sea views from the terrace. Air conditioning is installed throughout the house giving cool air and heating for the winter months and is via coin meter where 1€ will give you upto 1 1/2 hours of heating or cooling.
With your safety and security in mind, the house is fitted with a safe for your valuables and smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are installed.
There is private and secure parking with the property and two lovely communal pools both set in landscaped gardens with plenty of space for sun bathing.

*Bed linen & towels are provided at this property. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only. For stays of 14 days or more, a mini mid stay clean and change of laundry is included.
*A 350€ refundable damage deposit will be required. Please note that if your party consists of same sex or under 30 age group, a larger deposit will be required. Please ask for details.

*Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property. A supplement of 40€ per week will be charged for use of the sofa bed and this must be prebooked.

Review for Villa Albir We have just returned from a week in Albir , staying at this wonderful villa for the 2nd time . It was nice to see it has been given a bit of a makeover and looked great . It has all the mod cons and in a great location. Only a 10 min walk into then town / beach front and only €5 in a taxi . We have used PMR 4 times now and can never fault their customer service . All of the girls are great especially Danielle who arranged our shopping for us as we arrived late and transfers . Will definitely be returning again as it makes the holiday a very easy one .
