We are pleased to offer for holiday rentals this modern apartment which is located in the lovely residential complex of Mirador de Mediterraneo overlooking the popular Levante Beach.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped for your stay and will ensure you have a fabulous holiday at any time of the year. Close to the glorious golden beaches that this mediterranean coastline is famous for, you will also find bars restaurants, shops and entertainment, watersports, markets and much much more which makes the resort of Benidorm popular with all ages and all nationalities.
The property is on the 17th floor and has fantastic views over the beach and sea and the island off the coastline, known as Peacock Island, sit and enjoy watching the boats passing taking tourists to the island or just take in the atmosphere that this lovely town has to offer. You can enjoy the lovely swimming pool within the grounds as well as two paddle courts, childrens play area and gymnasium.
The furnishings have been carefully selected and are modern and chic. A flat screen TV offers multi language channels and the sofabed can accommodate upto 2 additional guests. The kitchen is well equipped for your stay and has all appliances included. As well as a furnished terrace with table and chairs you will also find a dining table seating 4 in the lounge area. Hot and cold air conditioning is available via a coin meter giving 1.5 hours of heating or cooling for 1€.
For your security and safety, the apartment is fitted with a safe and has fire extinguisher and smoke detector installed.
The master bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and there is a lovely bathroom with shower over the bath. A door from the bedroom leads straight onto the terrace.
Secure and private car parking is also included with your stay, although a car is not necessary for a stay here. Please note that this complex is on a hill and is not recommended for people with walking or breathing difficulties although there is a regular bus service taking you straight into town.

*Bed linen & towels are provided at this property. You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only. For stays of 14 days or more, a mini mid stay clean and change of laundry is included.
*A 250€ refundable damage deposit will be required. Please note that if your party consists of same sex or under 30 age group, a larger deposit will be required. Please ask for details.

*Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property. A supplement of 40€ per week will be charged for use of the sofa bed and this must be prebooked.
