My name is Lisa Turner and I am the director of PMR Property Management and Rental.
I have had many years experience in selling property in the UK and Spain. I sold to buyers all over the world who had purchased a Spanish property either as an investment or for personal holiday use or to earn an income from renting.
I quickly became aware of the need for someone to look after their investment, which they could not do themselves from overseas particularly with regard to security, cleaning and maintenance. So, in January 2007, PMR Property Management and Rental was born and located in Alfaz del Pi and has now grown to a team of dedicated professionals and has become the leading property management and rental specialist on the Costa Blanca.
PMR is not an Estate Agency and does not sell property, our expertise and knowledge is in the rental market and by specialising in this field we are able to offer you a service second to none.
Whilst the company has continued to grow and adapt to the needs of the market, we are not so big that we have lost our friendly and personal service which is our main priority. With so many second homes being owned, very often by non-Spanish residents, there is a need for a professional local company to be on hand should any problems occur and to keep regular checks on the properties to ensure all is well especially when they are offered for rental.
PMR can also look after your holiday guests which means if you are not living in Spain, you can be sure that your investment is in good hands. Your property will be advertised on PMR's own website and also advertised internationally on numerous web portals. We have welcomed holiday guests from as far afield as Australia and Asia. Holiday guests are always offered a warm welcome with a dedicated Resort Manager on hand 24 hours a day. Staff dedicated to holiday rentals will be able to arrange various trips and excursions, organise car hire or even arrange for a personal chef to cater for that special occasion.
For home owners, PMR offers a full management and key holding service which can be as comprehensive or as simple as the owner wishes. We are able to be your registered key holder and contact number for house alarms to a much more comprehensive service as may be required. You can be assured that we can be contacted easily and quickly should a problem occur and that your property is checked regularly. We also have a team of expert cleaners and maintenance personnel attending to the needs of clients whether that be the owner or person or tenant.
Long term tenants are also taken care of and we keep in contact with them on a regular basis. Our easy to read, no nonsense rental Agreements are drafted in Spanish and English and can be translated to any other language on request.
Experience has shown us that ex-pats of all nationalities need specialist help in many areas. To that end we have engaged additional staff who are dedicated to providing help in those areas. This may include tax declarations, debt management, translation services and formal paperwork including help to obtain your NIE number. Tourist Licences for holiday rentals and Energy Efficiency Certificates for all rental properties are now a legal requirement in Spain and we can obtain these for owners at very competitive rates.
