This lovely villa has been newly extended and refurbished throughout offering exceptional accommodation full of quality and comfort.
Located in the popular residential area of San Rafael, within walking distance of the town and its amenities, the villa occupies a private and mature corner plot.  Double gates open into the garden which is well stocked with shrubs and flowering bushes and trees. 
A few steps from the garden lead upto the delightful terrace which is sunny and welcoming and leads to the lower lounge which is furnished with sofa and chairs and flat screen TV.  A lovely feature fireplace occupies one corner and an archway opens to the beautifull dining hall which seats 8 or more people.  The ceiling in both rooms are beamed and windows have shutters throughout the villa.
The kitchen is delightful with modern kitchen units offering lots of cupboard space and all appliances are installed.  There is a breakfast table under a window giving a view of the garden.  Also a door from the kitchen leads outside.
On this entrance floor is a double bedroom, bathroom and steps leading down to a wonderful twin room which is light and bright.
A staircase leads up to the first floor of the house where you will find a magnificent second lounge with lots of window.  This lounge is decorated in an arabic theme and has a vaulted ceiling with a round turret to one end.  You cannot help but relax in this lovely room.  A doorway leads to the roof terrace which has amazing views of the sea, Peñon de Ifach and the mountains as well as being a real suntrap at any time of the year.  On this upper floor is a further double bedroom and shower room.

    • *A 20% deposit (minimum 250€uros) will secure your dates with the balance payable 56 days before your arrival. The advertised price includes both departure clean and laundry charges.  For  2 week bookings a mini mid stay clean and laundry change will be included.
       
      *A 500€uros refundable damage deposit will be required.
      Payments are accepted by credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
