Finca El Hogar

This beautiful and traditional Spanish finca is now available for winter rental and is new to the PMR portfolio for the 2016/2017 winter season.

Located in a quiet road surrounded by orange groves the detached villa has been beautifully restored to offer an excellent standard of accommodation and many original Spanish features.

Enter the villa and you will find a very spacious open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen.  There are wooden shuttered windows on all sides and throughout the property to keep out the hot bright sun and for visits over the winter there is electric radiator heating and a log burning fire together with hot and cold air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The lounge is very spacious with two large sofa benches and additional seating.  You will find satellite TV offering multi language TV and WIFI can be made available to you.  There is a large wooden dining table and the kitchen is well fitted and has dishwasher installed and everything you need for your stay.  There is a separate cool pantry, the original kitchen, with a second fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer and storage.

Outside the terrace is an "L" shape with the pool to one side giving a beautiful courtyard effect.  There are plenty of spaces for relaxing and eating  and both hot sun and cool shady areas can be found at any time of the day.  The entire pool area is gated making it very safe for children.  The pool can be heated for winter should this be required but must be pre-booked.  Leading from the courtyard are steps to a large roof terrace, perfect for taking in the sea views and skyline of nearby Albir and Altea.

All four bedrooms have twin beds, hot and cold air conditioning and wardrobe space.  Three of the bedrooms have their own sink areas and shuttered doors opening onto the courtyard and pool.  The larger bedroom has doors opening to the side garden area.  

You will find a family bathroom with tub and separate shower plus an additional large shower room, all fitted with modern suites plus there is an additional guest cloakroom.

The villa sits in a large plot which is surrounded by orange groves.  There is a BBQ area and a pétanque court and plenty of fruiting trees, mediterranean shrubs and plants and a sea view.  To the front of the villa there is off road parking for several cars behind a secure gate.  

A car is not essential at this villa as you are able to walk to the towns of Albir and Alfaz del Pi within approximately 20 minutes although if you have your own transport you will be able to take advantage of the other superb towns nearby, waterfalls and inland tourist attractions and theme parks. 

    • We are pleased to accept your booking for a winter stay, minimum 3 months.  A damage deposit will be required and payment in full prior to your arrival.  A short stay Contract will be needed and you will be responsible for the water, gas and electricity that you use during your stay, standard charges and meter rental costs will be paid by the Owner.

      All towels and linen are provided, you will need to bring your own pool/beach towels.  Wifi can be arranged at a cost of 50€ per month and air conditioning is via a coin meter where 1€ will give you 1.5 hours of heating or cooling, payment through the meter is deducted from your additional electricity charges.

      Should pool heating be required, this must be pre-booked please.
