Lovely villa close to all amenities

This lovely villa is close to restaurants and bars, supermarket and is on a regular bus route direct to Benidorm.  Located in a quiet residential area of La Nucia, the villa will sleep upto 12 people, 7 in the main villa and 5 in the lower and self contained apartment, ideal for extended families or friends holidaying together.

The main villa has a large lounge leading from the entrance hall, the lounge has modern furnishings, large sofas, dining table seating 6 and SKY TV giving free to view UK channels.  The kitchen is well laid out with lots of cupboards and workspace and you will find all appliances included and equipment for all cooks.  

Leading from the lounge is a sun room which has beautiful views over the pool and garden.  The room has a nice table and 4 chairs and sofa making the room ideal for getting the most of the sun during the winter months.  The sun room opens to a lovely sunny terrace and is furnished with table and chairs for dining Al Fresco.  Steps lead down from this terrace to the pool and garden areas.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double and single bed, plenty of wardrobe space and as well as an air conditioning unit there is also a ceiling fan.  There is a large en-suite bathroom off the master suite with a bath and separate shower.
The second bedroom is a twin room and also has air conditioning and ceiling fan and plenty of wardrobe space.  The third bedroom is a twin room.  You will also find a useful family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Outside, the property is fully enclosed.  To the front of the house is a pretty mediterranean garden with plenty of shrubs and bushes planted into gravel.  
The rear of the house has a very large garden with a large pool 10m x 4m and around the pool are sun loungers.  There is a lovely outside bar with fridge for drinks and bar stools, you will also find outside furniture for dining.  
From the garden, a gate leads to the separate and self contained apartment.
There is a further garden which is well planted with palm trees and mediterranean shrubs and has shady seating, a water feature and a separate entrance gate which can be used directly to the apartment. 

The apartment has a lovely enclosed and private courtyard garden with table and chairs for sitting in the sun.  The lounge has patio doors leading to the courtyard making it a light and bright room.  There are two sofas and SKY TV is installed giving free to view channels, WIFI is available and connected from the main villa.  There is an American style open kitchen which is well equipped and has microwave, oven and hob.  
The apartment has two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and the second bedroom is a triple room which also has wardrobes.  Please note there is no air conditioning in the apartment however the layout of the property means these rooms are naturally cooler in summer.
There is plenty of parking outside of the property, off road and in addition a useful garage, should this be required.
The town of La Nucia is a thriving town and this villa can be found on the outskirts.  Within a very short walk are two large supermarkets, bank, bars and restaurants.  The local bus service runs an hourly service directly to Benidorm and taxis can also be found day and night in the supermarket car park.
A great villa for families, extended families and friends, lots of space and a great location.

Need to sleep more?  We have other villas very nearby so if you are holidaying as a large group, you could all stay close by.

      We were so impressed by the pool it was one of the warmest pools we have had and the outside bar was a winner.

      There was plenty to do in the area and only 10€ in a taxi to Benidorm, and 10€ to Albir which we fell in love with.

      The staff at PMR were so helpful through out the whole time from booking to when we were there we rang for a taxi number and they were very happy to book this for us.
      We all had an amazing holiday and will be returning for next years holiday with PMR as it was made so easy and relaxing.
