This well furnished and really spacious holiday home is expected to become really popular with our guests and a great place to spend the wonderful winters here on the Costa Blanca. 

The two floor semi detached house has its own private garden and lovely sunny terrace, air conditioning for heating and cooling, private parking, two communal swimming pools to choose from and lovely views.

The entrance hall leads to a lovely spacious and very light lounge with comfortable sofas, TV with multi language channels and large sliding doors opening to the wonderful sunny terrace.  There is also a dining table seating 6 people comfortably.  The kitchen is really well equipped for your stay and has dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffe machine, sandwich toaster and more.  On the entrance floor you will also find a useful guests cloakroom.

Stairs lead you up to the first floor where there are 3 very good sized bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes.  The master bedroom which is a double room,has dressing area and a lovely e-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and his & hers" vanity sinks.  The second bedroom is a double room and the third room has twin beds.  There is also a family shower room.

Outside and to the front of the property is grass and the garden is fully enclosed and maintained.  The rear of the property, leading from the lounge, has a very good sizd and sunny terrace which is furnished with table and chairs plus lounger chairs.  There are wonderful views and sea views from the terrace.

Air conditioning is installed throughout the house giving cool air and heating for the winter months.  This is installed via a coin meter giving approximately 1.5 hours of use for 1€.

There is private and secure parking with the property and two lovely communal pools both set in landscaped gardens with plenty of space for sun bathing.

    • Review for Villa Albir We have just returned from a week in Albir , staying at this wonderful villa for the 2nd time . It was nice to see it has been given a bit of a makeover and looked great . It has all the mod cons and in a great location. Only a 10 min walk into then town / beach front and only €5 in a taxi . We have used PMR 4 times now and can never fault their customer service . All of the girls are great especially Danielle who arranged our shopping for us as we arrived late and transfers . Will definitely be returning again as it makes the holiday a very easy one . Nina - Southampton

    • *A winter rental is normally for a minimum stay of 3 months however this can be shorter depending on availability.  You will always be expected to pay for water, electric and gas usage during your stay.

      *The advertised price does not include the departure clean and laundry charge.  Depending on the length of your stay, there may also be a Contract fee and we will be happy to advise you further on these costs.

      *We ask for a refundable damage deposit prior to your arrival.
      Payments are accepted by credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

      *WIFi is available for a supplement per month

      *Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.  If used, this will be deducted from the charges for electricity.
