Apartment Cielo
We
are pleased to offer this brand new apartment which is located in the
luxury residential complex of Mirador de Benidorm overlooking the
popular Levante Beach.
The apartment is beautifully furnished and
equipped and will ensure you will have a fabulous and comfortable stay.
Close to the glorious golden beaches that this mediterranean coast is
famous for, you will also find bars, restaurants, shops and
entertainments, markets and much, much more which makes the resort of
Benidorm popular with all ages and nationalities.
The property is
on the 17th floor and has fantastic views of the beach and sea. You can
enjoy the lovely swimming pool within the grounds as well as two paddle
courts, children's play area and, if you have the energy, the fully
equipped gymnasium. Hot and cold air conditioning is available in the
apartment for your comfort.
The furnishings have been carefully
selected and are modern and chic. A large flat screen TV offers multi
language channels and the sofa bed can accomodate up to two additional
people. The kitchen is well equipped and has all appliances included.
The master bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and there is a lovely bathroom with shower over the bath.
Secure and private parking is also included.
Please
note - although there is lift access to the apartment, we do not
recommend this accommodation for anyone with walking or breathing
difficulties as it is located on the hillside.
With your safety and security in mind, the house is fitted with a safe for your valuables and smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are installed.

*A winter rental is normally for a minimum stay of 3 months however this can be shorter depending on availability. You will always be expected to pay for water, electric usage during your stay.
*The advertised price does not include the departure clean and laundry charge. Depending on the length of your stay, there may also be a Contract fee and we will be happy to advise you further on these costs.
*We ask for a refundable damage deposit prior to your arrival.
Payments are accepted by credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
*WIFi is available for a supplement per month
*Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property. If used, this will be deducted from the charges for electricity.
