This is a modern town house which is furnished to high standards and has a private garden overlooking one of the two lagoon style swimming pools,  located within easy reach of  Benidorm and local theme parks.
The front pathway leads to a long hallway and at the end is the spacious lounge.  You will find the room is light and bright with two sofas (one sofa bed), dining table seating 6 people and flat screen TV with DVD.  From the lounge, the doors open to a lovely super terrace which is lovely and sunny but offers shade in the summer.  The terrace has sun loungers and table and chairs for Al Fresco dining.  There is also a private garden with wonderful sea views and views to the swimming pool.
The kitchen is a good size and contains everything you need for your stay including fridge freezer, dishwasher and over and hob.  There is a separate utility room with washing machine.  A useful guest cloakroom can also be found on this floor.
Stairs lead up to 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has two single beds, dressing room and there is an en-suite shower room with a shower over the bath and twin vanity sinks.  The second and third bedrooms, twin rooms, have wardrobes and there is a family bathroom with shower over the bath.
Outside you have the use of two lagoon style swimming pools set in mature gardens with palms and shrubs and plenty of grass for relaxing.  
The property has private parking within a gated community.

With your safety and security in mind, we have installed a safe, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.  The property is also registered with Turismo as is required by Spanish Law, and has a registration number AT-443199-A

      The accommodation is in a lovely quiet location within easy reach of Benidorm and a variety of quaint Spanish villages. We really liked the Old Town of Benidorm with its extensive Tapas quarter and enjoyed walking around the narrow streets with its fine selection of shops. We found some nice quiet beaches within 15/20 minutes from the town house and loved the promenades that were along most of these beaches with many cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. The El Guitarra bar in Villajoyosa is definitely one to visit for good Spanish cooking - watch the liqueur coffees they are rather strong!
      The town house is well equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday and spotlessly clean. PMR do a great job in managing the accommodation and were very easy to deal with. Carrefour supermarket is just a short distance down the road - it has everything you will need under one roof. We enjoyed many an evening eating and drinking on the terrace looking at Benidorm's lights in the distance. The garden overlooks a lovely clean pool which was great for cooling off in. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be back.

      Een week doorgebracht in dit prachtige huis. Het huis is gelegen net buiten Benidorm in een rustige wijk. Wij hebben niks meegekregen van het feestend volk (lees veel Engelse) in het centrum. Voor ons prima. Als je dat wel zoekt dan is het best ver om de drukte iedere dag op te zoeken. Vanuit hier konden er mooie fietstochten gemaakt worden of kan je het binnen land in naar de mooie dorpjes. Het winkel centrum ligt 30 min lopen van het huis vandaan. Dan moet je wel een heuvel aflopen en daarna weer erop. Dit is een flink gesjouw met waterflessen. Wij hebben voor het gemak een auto gehuurd. Het is wel aan te raden om Transfer te pakken aangezien het huis een uur rijden van het vliegveld afligt. Dit was prima te regelen bij de organisatie die het huis verhuren. Het huis was schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Als je aankomt zal je eerst boodschappen moeten gaan doen om alles te halen. Dit was wel even doorzetten na een korte nacht ivm de vroege vlucht. Al met al een super week gehad in een mooi huis op een voor ons top locatie.

      Location is perfect. Very quiet! In the house is everything you need. The house was very clean and perfect in shape, with a nice garden.

      *Air conditioning is payable locally by coin meter, 1€ will provide you with approximately 1.5 hours of heating or cooling throughout the property.

      *Bed linen & towels are provided.  You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels only.

      A damage deposit of 350€ is required and refunded after your departure.
