PMR collects personal information when:
You book a holiday with us. The information will include, the name of the person making the reservation, address, phone numbers, email address, flight details, passport number or Identification number. We may also request the same details of other members of the party you are travelling with.
PMR may request bank account details only for the purpose of making refunds to you for damage deposits.
For long term rental and winter stay clients, we will request the name, address, telephone number, email address and passport number or Identification number of all persons over the age of 18 who will live at the property. We may also request details of employment and bank statements. Bank account details will only be requested for the purpose of paying utilities if you instruct us to do so and for the refund of any damage deposits.
PMR collects personal information such as your name, email and/or contact number when submitting a question, asking advice or assistance or making an enquiry for a specific property. In order to respond to your enquiry, PMR will use the information you have supplied. Should you subscribe to our newsletter we will also use this information supplied.
As stated, PMR use your information to communicate and fulfill your booking or holiday reservation. To enable us to do this, we may need to share your information with certain parties. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
PMR will only share personal information with authorized companies in order to complete the transaction or additional services you personally request. These providers may be given information regarding your trip, flight, resort or destination including your full name and contact number.
We accept payments at our offices or through our nominated Spanish bank or via PAYPAL. Payments can also be made via credit or debit card via the TPV-Virtual POS system. To ensure safety and security, confidentiality and integrity of the users, the Virtual TPV (point of Sale Terminal) is an online version of the physical TPV used in shops and is a set of web pages operated by the bank where credit card payments are made, verifying card validity, requesting payment authorization from the issuing bank and confirming payment in realtime. This service allows payment to be made safely and securely and the digital CES Certificate prevents third parties unrelated to the transaction from accessing the information. Information given will be stored on the Virtual POS which in turn will provide the payment information for generating refunds and deposit returns.
SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, December 2013 Protectionof Personal Data Act, we report that:
The data collected in different forms from the PMR website, will be stored and processed in personal files by PMR. The introduction and registration of personal data by the user implies acceptance and authorization to PMR. The registration of personal data also implies voluntary acceptance in relation to the processing of such personal data.
